FormReady Design
Industrial design, prototype planning, CAD cleanup, DFM readiness and supplier handoff before tooling.
Use this network page to choose whether a project belongs in industrial design, sheet metal fabrication, mold design, injection molding production or packaging review. FormReady Design, Axmetra, ToolingPilot, MoldRoute and PackClarity are operated by the same team as one manufacturing-support network, each covering a different stage of hardware development.
Each station links only where the buyer stage naturally changes.
Industrial design, prototype planning, CAD cleanup, DFM readiness and supplier handoff before tooling.
Metal enclosures, brackets, chassis, panels and fabricated assemblies used alongside molded plastic parts.
Injection mold design, DFM review, mold manufacturing, T1 samples, export molds and mold acceptance.
Plastic injection molding production, material review, quality documentation, release records and repeat orders.
Retail packaging, inserts, labels, manuals, cartons, sample review and export packing for finished products.
A production inquiry works best after design and tooling assumptions are no longer vague.
| Input | Best source |
|---|---|
| Product form, user requirements and design constraints | FormReady Design if these are still changing. |
| Mold design, steel assumptions, T1 samples or export mold requirements | ToolingPilot before production price comparison. |
| Approved molded part, resin, quantity and quality-document needs | MoldRoute quote review. |
| Packaging dimensions, retail structure, labels or export cartons | PackClarity after part dimensions are known. |
The network should reduce back-and-forth by directing buyers to the right service path.
If CAD is unstable, first solve product architecture, prototype evidence and DFM readiness.
If the molded part needs formed metal panels, brackets, chassis or finished enclosures, the sheet metal station can quote that scope.
If the buyer needs mold design, T1 samples, export mold handoff or tool rescue, ToolingPilot is the better station.
If the part is ready for real resin production, MoldRoute can quote molding, QC and repeat supply.
